American Soccer Training Program for the Youngest Age Group

Training program

  • Familiarization with the rules of the game: In this unit, children learn the basics of the game rules and player positions.
  • Physical skill development: Children will engage in physical preparation which includes strength, endurance, speed and flexibility exercises.
  • Game Techniques: Children will learn basic technical skills such as passing, receiving, blocking and defense.
  • Tactical skill development: learning basic tactics and strategies for the game, and how to play as a team and coordinate with other players.
  • Games and Tournaments: At the end of the program, children will apply their knowledge and skills in games and tournaments with other teams.

Outcomes from the training program

  • Improvement in physical fitness,

Schedule of classes, games and competitions at the R&G_net School of American Football

Monday:

15:00-16:30 – On-field practice (passing, catching, blocking techniques, etc.)

Wednesday:

15:00-16:30 – On-field practice (warm-up, speed and coordination exercises)

Friday:

15:00-16:30 – On-field practice (tactical drills, game situations)

On weekends, when there are games and competitions, the schedule may change.

Saturday:

10:00-11:30 – Home field game

16:00-15:30 – Field game

Sunday:

12:00-13:30 – Competition with another sports school

16:00-17:30 – Error correction, game analysis and summing up of the week.

It is important to note that the schedule may vary depending on how prepared the players are, and depending on what events are happening in the world of American soccer.
