Middle Age American Soccer Program

Program of Study

  • Physical Preparation: This unit will work on the development of physical skills, including strength, endurance, speed and flexibility exercises.
  • Game Techniques: Children will deepen their knowledge of basic technical skills such as passing, receiving, blocking and defense. They will also learn advanced techniques such as ball-handling, stunts and positional demands.
  • Tactics and Strategy: Children will deepen their knowledge of basic tactical and strategic game skills, including planning, implementing tactical plans and strategies, and interacting with other players.
  • Game Preparation: In this block, students will learn how to analyze the game, understand and adapt their actions according to their opponent’s game.
  • Games and Tournaments: At the end of the program, players will apply their knowledge and skills to games and tournaments against other teams.

Schedule of classes, games and tournaments at R&G_net Sports School for American Football

Monday:

16:00-17:30 – On-field practice (warm-up, physical preparation exercises, tactical exercises)

Wednesday:

16:00-17:30 – On-field practice (passing, catching, blocking techniques, etc.)

Friday:

16:00-17:30 – Field training (game situations, tactical drills)

On weekends, when there are games and competitions, the schedule may change.

Saturday:

10:00-11:30 – Practice on the field (game situations and tactics, game drills)

14:00-15:30 – Field game

Sunday:

12:00-13:30 – Competition with another sports school or home field game

16:00-17:30 – Error correction, game analysis and summing up of the week.

The schedule may vary depending on how prepared the players are and what events are happening in the world of American soccer.
