Program of Study
- Physical Preparation: This unit will work on developing endurance, speed and strength, as well as flexibility and coordination skills. This will allow them to become more prepared for the physical demands of the game.
- Game Techniques: Students will learn various aspects of game technique including passing, receiving, blocking, defense and other skills. They will also deepen their knowledge of advanced techniques such as evading defenders, ball capturing and other skills that can help them become more effective players.
- Tactics and Strategy: Students will learn basic tactical and strategic concepts of the game, including game planning and adapting to opposing play. They will also learn how to use teamwork to achieve success.
- Game Preparation: In this block, students will learn how to analyze the game, develop game plans and adapt their actions to the opponent’s game. They will also learn team tactics such as exchanging passes and switching defenses.
- Games and Tournaments: At the end of the program, students will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to games and tournaments against other teams. This will help them improve their playing skills and become more competitive in future games.

Monday:
18:00-20:00 – Field practice (warm-up, physical preparation exercises, tactical exercises)
Wednesday:
18:00-20:00 – On-field practice (passing, catching, blocking techniques, etc.)
Friday:
18:00-20:00 – On-field practice (game situations, tactical drills)
On weekends, when there are games and competitions, the schedule may change.
Saturday:
10:00-12:00 – Field training (game situations and tactics, game drills)
14:00-16:00 – Field game
Sunday:
12:00-14:00 – Competition with another sports school or home field game
16:00-18:00 – Error correction, game analysis and summing up of the week.
